Who is welcomed in the store?
Our establishment is non-discriminatory. Our doors are open to everyone from all walks of life no matter gender, creed, religion, etc. Everyone is welcome!
Can I bring my pet?
Furry friends on a leash are always welcomed in our store! Please bring them in! Please note: if you have an appointment for a reading, pets are not allowed in the reading room nor are they allowed to be left unsupervised.
What are your hours?
We are open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 2:30 p.m. until 8 p.m.
How do I know this is legit?
Legally we can not make any guarantees, and are required to advise that all the magical properties of our products and services be categorized as “alleged” since spiritual services are not seen as an actual practice by the government; they deem it mostly as entertainment. However, it is very difficult to remain in business for over half a century without satisfied, returning clientele. Please take a moment to read our Google reviews as a testament to how we have aided our customers throughout their life journeys and helped them achieve their desired results.
What religion do you practice?
We practice an ancient spiritualism based in Africa known as Lucumi or Ifa. Many in the Latin Caribbean are familiar with Santeria. This is what Santeria evolved from.
Do you do Voodoo?
While Voodoo is a spiritual form of magic which (like Santeria) evolved from Ifa in the Caribbean, we do not practice Voodoo.
Can I take videos or pictures of the store?
Please refrain from taking videos or pictures of the store when other customers are present. Some people are shy and do not want to appear in videos or photos. If you would like to take any, please first ask for permission from one of the employees.
How do I book an appointment?
At the moment we only book appointments via phone calls. Give us a ring and we will pencil you in for a Saturday reading. Due to high demand, some Saturdays are not available. To ensure a spot, please make sure to book ahead of time.
Can I book a virtual reading?
We do not provide virtual or over the phone readings due to the ceremonial nature of our readings. Please be weary of anyone who claims to provide real readings virtually or over the phone. We pride ourselves on quality service, and in-person is the best way to provide you with the best possible experience without any technological interference.
Do you only read on Saturdays?
Yes, we have always only conducted readings on Saturdays.
How do readings work?
All readings are conducted by a High Priest who received divination in Nigeria. Once your turn comes, you must take off your shoes, enter the reading room, and have a seat. You will be instructed to hold a stone in each hand during your reading.
I was told I had a 3pm appointment, why do I have to wait?
All appointments are made first come, first served. Groups are brought in at a specific time. Whenever you arrive you must write your name on the list, which is how the order will be determined.
Why can’t you provide me with a specific time for my reading?
It is impossible to determine the how long someone’s reading will take. For this reason, everyone is brought in as a group where everyone signs in and waits their turn for their individual reading. While it may be a bit of a wait, once it is your turn and you enter that room nothing else matters. All the attention will be on you. We provide this experience to all of our customers, making the wait worthwhile.
How long are the readings?
Unlike many establishments, we do not have a timer set for readings. Once you are in that room it is all about you. On average, a reading can last between 45 minutes to an hour.
Can I record my readings?
Unfortunately, no. Readings are highly personal and “in-the-moment”.
Do you cast spells and/or perform cleansings?
Everyone’s situation is different and sensitive in nature. For such inquiries, please contact us and we can advise you on the best course of action to meet your desired outcome.
Do your products really work?

Products should therefore be considered as aides to achieve a desired result or as a “curios” only.
Are your products available online?
Yes, most of our products can be found on DoorDash for both pickup and delivery. Place your order through the app during our business hours and get your metaphysical items delivered to your door! (You must be in range, as set by DoorDash.)
Do you provide shipping?
Yes! Through our partnership with DoorDash, you can get your metaphysical items delivered right to your door. (You must be in range, as set by DoorDash.)
What is your return policy?
All purchases are final. We do not allow returns or refunds in store or online.
